Women Impacting Nigeria (WIN) is a female led not for profit organization dedicated to gender equality and empowerment of women founded by Tope Imasekha. We believe that women’s human rights, women empowerment and gender equality is critical to achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). We are committed to ensuring that women and girls are given equal access to health services and a reduction in neonatal and maternal deaths.
Women at Risk International Foundation (WARIF) is a non-profit organization was incorporated in 2016 in response to the high incidence of sexual violence, rape and human trafficking occurring amongst young girls and women across Nigeria. “It is our primary social responsibility to ensure that all young girls and women live in a society free of rape and sexual violence.” – Dr Kemi DaSilva-Ibru, Founder, WARIF
The Geneza Design program incorporates the teaching of design thinking principles with hands-on sessions that showcase how the principles are applied in the context of layout, typefaces, and color. The Female Designer Movement began operations in January, 2018, to train women on graphics design. The mission is simple: to expand opportunity for as many women as possible by training and empowering them with graphic design skillset, and thereby increasing the amount of women in Tech. The trainings are 100% free
