You have painstakingly crafted your CV, and gone over all the details with a fine toothed comb. You heard that there is an opening at your favorite company for a position that you are interested in, and you want to make sure everything is perfect. Your cousin knows someone in HR and can *wink, wink* your details to the front of the queue. Now you have an interview, and you are wracked with nerves.

Job hunting is never an easy process. There are several steps to take before you secure the job and many factors to consider before you decide to accept the offer. What are the benefits that come alongside your base salary? What is the company culture? What are the real work hours? Is there a spirit of team work? Is there a trajectory for growth opportunities and development? What is the company history and employee turn over rate? But most important, are YOU a good fit for the company?
